Kenny Byrne Kenneth E. Byrne
President & CEO

Mr. Byrne brings over 16 years of expertise in the world of technology and software development with previous positions including CTO, CEO, COO, Executive Vice President, Chief Database Architect, and Sr. Systems Architect for top level companies such as Microsoft, Aldus Corporation, Adobe Systems, and several startup companies such as onHealth.com, Fry Multimedia, Fashionmall.com, BrandScape, and Partsearch Technologies. At onHealth.com, Kenny built the database for what was to become the top trafficked healthcare website, ultimately acquired by WebMD.

Mr. Byrne was the head of technology and original architect for Partsearch Technologies, a NYC-based solution and team he built in post .com 2001 with little funding, a 30 day engineering deadline (Best Buy), and held together through 9/11. Partsearch is profitable and grossing well over $70m in revenue’s. Partsearch (www.partsearch.com) was voted one of New York’s top technology companies in 2002, and is a landmark solution whose customers include Best Buy, Radio Shack, Circuit City, Good Guy’s, CompUSA, Future Shop, Tiger Direct, J&R, and Amazon.com and others.

Mr. Byrne is a strong strategist and involved in every aspect of iSold It including store operations, marketing, advertising, business planning, franchise development, outside sales, and network support.

A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University with a BA in Business Administration and minors in Computer Science and Information Science; Kenny was a 4-year letterman in football, which included a national championship in 1987 and runner-up in 1986. 

Gary Hibma
CFO/COO

Gary has 25 years as a CFO/COO and 23 years of successful profit & loss and operations management experience in manufacturing and distribution firms. Areas of expertise include strategic planning, turnaround management, sales and marketing, investment analysis, information technology, human resources and controllership.

Gary joined iSold It in June of 2007. Gary combines strong financial and operations background to bring strategic leadership to improve processes, maximize productivity and position companies for sustained profitable growth.

James Atteberry
VP Sales and Marketing

James has spent his 14 year career using his incredible energy and creative solutions engineering and implementation to create, expand and continually innovate marketing and sales program both locally and nationally. James founded and grew High 5 Marketing over the last 12 years into a leading Peer to Peer marketing company managing contracts with some of the largest products and services businesses in the West, including several fortune 500 and leading national companies including Jiffy Lube, Dominos, Taco Bell, Cold Stone Creamery, KFC, Papa Murphy's, and various local companies such as Emerald City Smoothie, and Desert Sun Tanning. In 2007 High 5 changed its name to The ROI Firm to better state what it does for their clients…"Return on Investment".

Before starting High 5 in 1996, James spent two years with the Tacoma Rainiers AAA Baseball Club. As the Director of Sales & Marketing, James developed programs such as the On Deck Club and Joey Cora Kids Club. He also signed corporate agreements with companies such as US Bank, Alaska Airlines, Toyota, Dari Gold, and the Washington State Lottery, increasing the Rainiers revenue in corporate sponsorships by more than 150%. James established the Rainiers as one of the top AAA clubs in the nation in terms of sales and revenue. James graduated from Central Washington University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management. While at CWU, he was an NAIA Second-Team All-American wide receiver, achieving several school records. In 2003, James was named as one of the wide receivers on CWU's All Century Team.



Ludwig Suju
Vice President, Technology and Marketplace Integration

Mr. Suju is an accomplished technology integrator with over 15 years experience in technology, research and development. He led the design integration of numerous research and development projects involving multifunctional research teams from industry leaders working under NASA and Boeing research programs. His work for the aerospace industry also involved developing software systems aiming at optimizing processes and reducing time and costs.

Ludwig's background also includes business development and management including leading the Creative Direction of a multi-media organization he co-funded. His creative work goes beyond the technology arena into the performing arts where he has managed and directed multiple theatrical productions, was the president of the board for 2 non-profit performing arts organizations and was recently commissioned as the photojournalist to an international concert production recorded for television in Europe.

Ludwig was responsible for creating the first operational web site for iSold It of Washington and has also created multiple media, advertising, and e-tail-based programs for iSold It. Ludwig is chartered with driving the technology integration and operational efficiencies of all of iSold It’s online and off-line systems.

Alan Wallace
Director, Field Operations; Antiques, Collectibles & Estate Specialist

Alan is responsible for all onsite and fulfillment operations for the iSold It team. Alan successfully built and managed 2 separate eBay businesses for Goodwill Industries prior to joining iSold It. Alan’s collecting and trading began long before eBay’s inception, however he quickly became an eBay pioneer in 1997 and has been an expert seller ever since.

Alan has been a professional eBay seller for over 10 years. He’s been heavily involved in the antiques and collectibles markets for over 20 years and is considered an industry expert.

John B. Davies
Board of Advisors

Prior to becoming an actual iSold It Franchisee himself, John was an energetic, results-driven, top-level executive within the financial services industry. During his exceptional 33-year career with the MassMutual Life Insurance Company, he has successfully led the development and growth of many, diverse, financial service organizations, including: The life insurance, Annuity, Large Corporate Market, and Disability Income businesses. John held key roles in building distribution capabilities for MassMutual, playing a major role in the development of its premiere Career Agency System and the recent establishment of multiple channels of distribution. He has led many high-level corporate initiatives and has a demonstrated record establishing sound management practice and achieving strong financial results.

John is a natural leader with excellent interpersonal and organizational development skills. He is a visionary with proven abilities in achieving short-term results while establishing foundations for long-term success. John is an accomplished executive, well known among his peers in the financial service industry. Due to his being a franchisee himself, John consults with the iSold It executive team on many of the intricate details of the business as well as larger strategic market and business development plans.

Eli Berniker, Ph.D.
Board of Advisors

Dr. Berniker graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit. He worked for GE in jet engines, aerospace and the electric motor business as a planner, production foreman, manufacturing engineer and quality engineer. Dr. Berniker spent 11 years in Israel working as a consultant to the kibbutz movement, private industry, and cooperatives of many kinds of government institutions. He built factories, designed work, and worked as a manager in a firm bent on producing rotary engines. Dr. Berniker went to UCLA to study Management, ultimately joining the staff of the Center for Quality of Working Life. He completed his dissertation on the nature of human work and added the management and organizational sciences to is degree.

Dr. Berniker has taught at many business schools including UCLA, University of Southern California, the University of Colorado-Denver, and the Industrial Engineering Department at Wisconsin in Madison. At Pacific Lutheran, he teaches Operations Management and Management Information Systems to MBA and undergraduate students. He has also taught in Estonia and France to graduates students.

Dr. Berniker's consulting practices have included clients such as Qwest, Boeing, Weyerhaeuser and the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in the fields of inventory control, team design, work organization, technology transfer, cost control, and management strategy. Dr. Berniker's organization design seminars have been delivered to and attended by managers from Intel, Hewlett-Packard, Qwest, Boeing, and United Telephone. Dr. Berniker chaired a Ph.D. dissertation that developed the first parametric test of Normal Accident Theory, an important theory of systems and organizational failure; including financial, managerial, and operational models in order to identify successful methods to reduce risk in organizations and their production systems.

Dr. Berniker was the first advisor for iSold It of Wasington and has been a valuable asset in predicting growth challenges and potential solutions.

Paul Dubose, Ph.D.
Board of Advisors

Dr. Dubose has a Ph.D. in statistics with three Masters Degrees in the disciplines of mathematics, statistics and software engineering. He is a co-founder of several companies including Adaptive Search and Analytika. Dr. Dubose co-founded Analytika in 1994, which was purchased in 2000 by Dendrite for approximately twelve million dollars. Adaptive Search was founded in 2003 in partnership with Mr. Byrne. Adaptive Search has developed patented technology for internet search engines.

Dr. Dubose's career history consists largely of applying innovative mathematical and computer science technology as a foundation for new business development and growth opportunities. Last year Dr. Dubose became the lead inventor of a patent application to improve and personalize internet searches based on learned associations of user interactions. He is the co-inventor of two additional patents that utilize neural networks; one to improve process control and the other to explain results of medical analysis.

Robert L. Steil
Board of Advisors

Robert L. Steil was a pioneer in the clothing industry and the founder of "The Squire Shop" clothing store. With a family history in the clothing business, Steil founded his Squire Shop as an innovative niche solution for the younger and trend shoppers. He built The Squire Shop from the ground up and successfully grew it to 55 stores in 4 states. When the timing was right, Steil sold his Squire Shop leaving time to focus on his love for hydroplane racing, real-estate and family.

Mr. Steil's diverse interests and competitive nature found him amidst the ever popular Hydroplane racing scene in Seattle, WA in the late 70's and early 80's. The Squire Shop hydroplane racing team garnered notable success in its years as a race sponsor and top competitor. His team won the coveted Columbia Cup in 1981 & 1982. Mr. Steil and The Squire Shop team is credited with giving Lee "Chip" Hanauer his break in unlimited Hydro racing in the early '80's. Bob Steil left the sport in 1986 selling The Squire Shop boat to Jim Harvey.

Mr. Steil spends most of his time with his large family, while continuing to grow his many real-estate business ventures. Mr. Steil’s focus with iSold It is in operational as well as strategic growth and development of a new market.

Alan Lawrence
Board of Advisors

Alan has over twenty years of extensive experience as an advertising & marketing director with strengths in strategy, branding, supervision, production and creative- for consumer, B2B, Internet, and all aspects of marketing. Alan has created strategies and implemented campaigns in all media, including print, collateral, radio, TV, and the Web. He has created work for McDonald’s Neutrogena, Holland America, Giant Supermarkets, Windstar Cruises, Volkswagen, WestOne Bank, BP, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day, to name just a few award winning campaigns.

Alan has been an eBay collector for many years and was drawn to the iSold It team as an extremely exciting opportunity to work on what he sees as truly the “next big thing”. Alan consults with executive staff on all phases of market and advertising development.
